FAQs

Will I fall in during my SUP Yoga class?

It is likely, I can adjust poses to make it less likely for you to fall in as well as give you a warning if we are going to try a more risky balance pose. However, cannot guarantee you will stay dry.

If you want to fall in I’m sure I can make this happen by giving you a challenging pose, so let me know.

What do I wear for SUP Yoga?

Your normal yoga wear will be fine, bring layers if it it is a cooler day. Be careful not to bring expensive glasses or sunglasses as they may end up in the lake.

Don’t forget your sun cream.

What should I bring to my yoga class?

Land Yoga:

You must bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. I have blocks and straps you can use, or bring your own if you prefer. If you would like a blanket or something warm, feel free to bring it for your savasana.

SUP Yoga:

A water bottle, a towel and a change of clothes. If you have a waterproof camera or go pro I will be happy to take some snaps for you, however please bear in mind, these devices do not float so please bring a suitable strap or floating accessory to keep your device safe.

Is there a toilet or changing facility?

Land Yoga:

There are toilets everywhere I teach. Deepcut Village Centre and Sunningdale Village Hall do not have changing facilities.

SUP Yoga:

If your class is at the Quays, Mytchett, there are toilets, a shower and changing cubicles.
